3. Licensing and Ownership

Upon full payment for your custom song or audio:

• You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license to use the delivered audio content
• You may use the content for any lawful business purpose including advertising, social media, broadcast, and promotional materials
• The specific song created for you will not be licensed to any other party
• Rox Music Group retains underlying intellectual property rights in our creation processes and tools

Important: Your license grants you commercial usage rights. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the audio content as a standalone product.

Copyright Notice: Due to the nature of our production technology, we cannot guarantee that copyright will vest in any output, and similar-sounding content may exist or be created independently for other parties. Your license grants you full commercial usage rights regardless.

4. Content Creation Technology

Our services utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist in music creation. We maintain paid subscriptions with professional AI music generation services that grant us the rights to create and commercially license AI-generated content to our clients. All output we deliver has been created in compliance with our upstream service providers' terms of service.

By purchasing from Rox Music Group, you acknowledge that the audio content delivered to you is created with the assistance of AI technology. Our technology providers reserve the right to identify that content was generated using their services.

5. Payment and Delivery

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity
• One round of revisions is included with standard orders
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or delivered content for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
• Misrepresenting the origin or ownership of the content
• Impersonating any person or falsely implying the content was created by or associated with someone who was not involved in its creation
• Training, developing, or improving any artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Creating competing products or services
• Any purpose that could harm Rox Music Group's reputation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rox Music Group makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that (a) your use of the content will not infringe the rights of any third party, or (b) the content will be suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rox Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
